This 18,000 square foot structure was built in 7 months, on schedule, and on budget.
By working closely with the Administration of this Medical facility, our firm developed the program of spaces followed by the design and construction of a very attractive and cost effective Healthcare Center.
The facility has numerous energy saving devices such as energy management functions, extra insulation of the walls and roof, energy efficient lighting, and mechanical equipment controls to minimize the operational costs.
